NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of BC SENIORS GAMES SOCIETY (the “Society”) is called for and will be held at the Prestige Harbourfront Resort, 251 Harbourfront Drive, Salmon Arm, BC, on the 12th day of September 2024, at the hour of 7:00 pm for the following purposes:
- To receive the financial statements and Annual Report of the Society for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
- To elect Directors of the Society.
- To appoint the Auditors of the Society for the ensuing year.
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
All members in good standing are welcome to attend and may speak to a motion. As the Society uses a system of delegate voting at all Society meetings; each delegate shall have one vote.
