A participant is someone who is competing at the Games.
Dragon boat racing – team captains, steer persons and drummers are required to register as participants.
Equestrian – navigators are required to register as participants.
Slo-pitch, soccer and hockey – non-playing managers and coaches are required to register as supporters.
Participants must be members of BC Seniors Games Society.
Fees: $20 membership fee + $75 Participant registration fee + Sport fee (see list)
A supporter is a person who will be attending the Games but is NOT competing in an event. As a registered supporter you have full access to all the special events, all competitions and the Games transportation system.

How to register:
Step 1 – Choose your sport
Visit the main sport page and click on the sport of your choice for more information about the competition.
*NOTE – For the 2023 Games, participants may register for the 10Km road race on Saturday in addition to their other scheduled sport. The 10Km road race is an event in track & field, if you are registered in any sport other than track & field, an additional sport fee of $25 is required.
Step 2 – Contact your zone*(see map below)
There are 12 zones across the province and each zone is responsible for registering participants who reside in their zone. Click on the interactive map below to visit your zone page for registration forms and other zone specific information.
Step 3 – Submit registration forms and submit fees to your zone
Each zone is responsible for collecting registration forms, including membership forms and associated fees. Confirm with your zone the total fees owing and instructions on where to send completed forms and fees.
A completed registration package includes – membership form; registration form & sport form(s). Confirm total fees owing with your zone.
IMPORTANT – Each zone has a different process for registering and receiving funds, participants need to visit their zone page for instructions or who to contact to find out the instructions.
