QUALIFYING – Each zone may send an unlimited number of participants.  Playdowns are not required.

SPORT FEE – $25 per person (if participant is registering in track & field as their primary event, the sport fee is already included)

REGISTRATION FEE – $75 per person (+ annual membership fee $20)

REGISTRATION OPENS – March 1

REGISTRATION DEADLINE – June 15

GENERAL COMPETITION SCHEDULE – 10k road race will be held Saturday, August 26 – detailed schedule will be published August 15
