Archery

Archery in the 55+ BC Games is a three day competition featuring 3D & target events and a variety of equipment categories. Equipment categories include compound bow, recurve bow, barebow and longbow.

3-D Distances

Sighted categories Maximum distance 35 meters

Unsighted categories Maximum distance 30 meters

900 Round Distances

Sighted categories 3 distances of 55, 45, 35 meters

Unsighted categories 3 distances of 45, 35, 25 meters

Field Distances

Sighted categories 10 to 55 meters

Unsighted categories 5 to 45 meters

QUALIFYING – Each zone may send an unlimited number of participants in each age category and in each event. Qualifying is not required.

SPORT FEE – $20 per person

REGISTRATION FEE – $75 per person (+ annual membership fee $20)

REGISTRATION OPENS – March 1

REGISTRATION DEADLINE – June 30

SCHEDULE – Wednesday – Friday; Sept. 11-13 – detailed schedule will be published Sept. 3
