Mountain Bike Racing
Mountain Bike Racing in the 55+ BC Games takes place on two days and offers a different event each day.
The first day of competition offers a cross country/off road race featuring a short course which is approximately 12 km and a long course which is approximately 18 km.
The second day offers a 2-person team relay which is typically four laps of the short cross country course (2 laps per participant). Courses will have no jumps, drop offs, logs, steep descents, water/mud hole, or narrow passages between trees.

QUALIFYING – Each zone may send an unlimited number of participants in each age category and in each event. Playdowns are not required.
SPORT FEE – $10 per person
REGISTRATION FEE – $75 per person (+ annual membership fee $20)
REGISTRATION OPENS – March 1
REGISTRATION DEADLINE – June 30
