Track and Field

Track & Field in the 55+ BC Games is a four day competition featuring a number of track & field events and a 10 km road race (Saturday).  Eligibility  differs from all other sports, track & field participants must be 55 years of age or older as of the first day of competition in the Games.  For more details about the competition specific to the 55+ BC Games, please review the rules & technical information.
