Trail Run

September 8-12, 2026

Kamloops will be hosting a 5km and 10km trail run this year.  This is the first time a trail run has been hosted at the Games.

Route information will be posted closer to the event.

Qualifications are not required in advance of registration.  Each zone can send an unlimited number of participants.

Registration fees differ for each sport.

The total cost per individual for the trail run is $130, which includes:

• $20 membership (can be purchased separately)
• $100 participant fee
• $10 sport fee

Membership to the BC Seniors Games Society is a requirement to participate in the games each year.  Online application and payment for 2026 membership will be accepted as of January 15, 2026.

Participant & sport fees are due at  the time of registration.  Online registration and payment for the 2026 Games will be accepted as of March 16, 2026 and will close as of June 30, 2026.

Participants must accredit on Tuesday, Sept 8; competition takes place at 9 am on Saturday, September 12.
